Blanksta Tip for Weight Gain/Leg Day
Be sure to incorporate standard squats, HEAVY for MASS
Standard old school squats are the single most important
exercise on your leg day or in your routine.
Always start with squats( free bar, smith machine)
Another exercise for bigger legs and thighs would be a
standard leg press/ this exercise is essential for increasing
depth in your hamstrings and your quadriceps.
When trying to build MASS for lower body, you must
always start with a compound movement, which squating
and pressing are key for building and bringing in the masses!
I then would do a stiff legged dead lift (barbell or dumbbells),
followed by a lunging exercise/heavy weight on both.
Finishing with a leg curl and or a leg extension, both heavier,
then normal and keeping the reps low 8-12 repetitions
for getting the BLANKSTA HAM HAWKS
Keep calories high: Eating 5-6 small meals every 3 hours.
Making sure proteins, complex carbs and fats are
incorporated into each meal
