Blanksta Tip for Firmer Glutes
I would like to know your strategies for "pairing" down
a lower body which tends to put on muscle easily!
I have great glutes and would never trade my booty,
but don't like how big my legs are and I want to bring
them down/make them proportionate to me.

Answer to your questions:
Hey Maggie, Thanks for your question. In order to sustain
great glutes and obtain smaller legs. My recommendation
would be to do higher reps on your leg exercises and perhaps
more rounds. Executing a circuit training routine may be
the answer for you.
Try doing 4-5 exercises in a row back to back with out rest
time. And as far as keeping your Glutes big and tight, stack
on the weight and keep the repetition moderately low
anywhere from 8-12 reps.
Doing this would be essential for building bigger,tighter
and better Glutes.
